Annex 1 of the Rules of Procedure – The Table of Fees of the ADR Centre
The size of the fees is determined on the basis of the tables provided below and the number of disputed Domains.

The fees stated above are final, due to the fact that the ADR Centre’s establisher is not a VAT payer.
Fees depending on the number of Domains are applicable to Dispute resolution which includes the identical Complainant, identical Domain holder and the matter concerns the same protected mark.
All fees must be paid via bank transfer to the following bank account:

The complainant may pay the fee for a submitted dispute resolution and, where applicable, for expedite proceedings after ADR Centre’s has asked him or her to do so, depending on the payment conditions stated in the ADR Centre’s call. The complainant may also pay the fees before a submission is made; in such case, the payment order should contain complainant’s name in field ‘message to recipient’ or other identification information, on the basis of which the payments may be paired with a relevant submission. The confirmation of payment should be attached to the submission.
Example:
A complainant files a submission with the ADR Centre, regarding one domain. In such case the fee that must be paid by the complainant is 1150 €.
If the complainant wishes to decide the matter in expedite proceedings, the fee for expedited proceedings must be paid in addition to the fee for dispute resolution. That is 2300 € together (1150 € + 1150 €).
