Committee for administration of national .sk domain has approved the new version of the Rules of providing domains in the top-level domain .sk together with the annex Alternative dispute resolution rules (ADR Rules). By approving the rules the European Information Society Institute (EISi) has been appointed to become the ADR Centre. The ADR Centre is, according to the ADR Rules, competent to decide disputes in matters of domain registration or use between a domain holder and a third party.
The Arbitration centre for alternative domain dispute resolution is a part of EISi, which administers and coordinates activity of experts deciding disputes in accordance with the ADR Rules for .sk domain, effective on 01.09.2017.
